FAQ

  • Can you let me know when you restock new slimes?
    Yes! Just enter your email in the Email Alerts box below and you will receive emails for our restocks and special offers.
  • What types of slime do you sell?
    All the types. Follow us on TikTok or Instagram and turn on your alerts for our posts to see what we're making before our restocks.
  • Where do I store my extra inflated slime?
    Store it in an empty slime container, other container, or plastic storage bag. Do not reuse the container for food.
  • Where is my email confirmation?
    Check your "spam" or "junk" folder if you don't see our emails in your Inbox.
  • Where's my package?
    You can track your package using the tracking number that is sent to your email or phone by text. All orders start processing on Fridays, and a tracking number will be generated the following Monday/Tuesday. Make sure to check your "spam" or "junk" email folders for your shipping confirmation number.
  • Do you give refunds?
    All sales are final, so please research the slime you want before you buy it. There are videos posted and descriptions on each slime to learn about it before you buy it. If you have any questions, please contact us through the chat bubble on the website. If your order or subscription is cancelled you will be refunded your money MINUS the processing, shipping, and restocking fees. Please read our policy on this: Cancellation Policy
  • Age Limit
    You must be 18 years or older to purchase our slime and create an account with us. Please see our privacy policy that is linked through the FAQ link in the footer of the website for more details. Under 18? Just ask your parent/legal guardian to help you make the purchase.
