RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We understand that slime is a sensory toy meant for playing, and for health and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Even if the product is unopened, we are unable to process returns for our products. Reach out to us so that we can help find a resolution to any issue you may be experiencing with our products, service, or website.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Please keep in mind that our products are unique and limited, often promoted for a limited time, making them non-refundable after purchase.  After investigating the situation, and if there is any error on our part, we will arrange store credit or a discount on a future purchase. We want you to have the best experience with our products, so if you have any questions before making a purchase, feel free to reach out to us for assistance. CANCELLATIONS: Order or subscription cancellations, that have not already been shipped out, with be refunded to you LESS any processing and restocking fees. Processing fees are determined by the payment processor that you used for your order, and restocking fees are 10% of your order subtotal, before shipping and taxes.

After the processing time period, then starts the delivery period. We ship from California so anyone closer to the East Coast of the U.S. will receive their package sooner than someone in Maine. Prices are also more expensive for delivery destinations further away from California. The average range of delivery prices are from 9 USD to 30 USD. Slime Shop Cafe does not ship outside of the physically connected states of the United States, for now. That means that Hawaii, or Alaska, or the other American owned properties that are not physically connected to the mainland of USA will not get to buy our slimes. We hope to expand that soon though! Order totals (minus tax and shipping) above 75.00 USD get free shipping, yay! Once you place your order online, check your email/text for the delivery tracking number. Use that number to track your order. We kindly request that you review your delivery address thoroughly before confirming your order, as changes to the address cannot be made once the order is placed.
